Users who register on website, contract the services offered by sis.house and complete the reservation process by making online payment for cabin house renting fee will be referred to throughout as "tourist" the use of "us," "our," or "we" refers to sis.house.

Use of Website

sis.house is a private, non-governmental company that is owned by an independent enterprise offering cabin house renting for tourists who want to stay in our own cabin houses in nature. sis.house is responsible to confirm photos and information about cabin house, to give confirmation for the reservation of tourist and making sure that the photos and information about the cabin house is remain the same even after confirmation. The payment for cabin house renting have to be paid 100% by the tourist at the time of reservation on our website online by card in order to guarantee the reservation.

By using this website, tourists acknowledge that they are not permitted to reuse, download, modify, copy or redistribute any part of the information included on sis.house and also concedes to use the services provided by sis.house strictly for their personal use.

User information may be collected by sis.house when signing up on the site and may then be stored in our secure databases. This information could include:

Personal information including full name, address, date and place of birth

Payment record

Liability Exemptions

sis.house is responsible to confirm photos and information about cabin house, to give confirmation for the reservation of tourist and making sure that the photos and information about the cabin house is remain the same even after confirmation. The payment for cabin house renting have to be paid 100% by the tourist at the time of reservation on our website online by card in order to guarantee the reservation. sis.house is NOT responsible for the weather, road or transportation conditions on the way to the property. Additionally, in the case that the sis.house does NOT confirm the tourist's reservation, he/she accepts that sis.house is NOT responsible to provide a reason. In that case sis.house is responsible to make a 100% refund to tourist if he/she made a payment beforehand.

sis.house reserves the right to cancel the registration of any tourist and to delete their personal information and reservation in below mentioned cases.
If he or she:

disregards, changes or omits any part of the required procedure for registration;
does not meet eligibility requirements and is therefore considered unsuitable to complete the online application;
gives fraudulent or erroneous personal information or participates in any unlawful activity.

Prohibition

The following is a list of the restrictions and prohibited activities for users of sis.house:

Commit any illegal acts;
Copy or share any content or services provided on sis.house;
Violate the website's copyright or intellectual property;
Participate in any activity that may harm sis.house or its employees, shareholders or third parties;
Insult this website, its members, or third parties;

Conduct data collection activities on or related to our website without express written consent granted by sis.house.

Service Contents

Refund Policy

sis.house will offer a full refund (100%) to all tourists who have booked their cabin house through this website in the event that the their reservation is denied by the sis.house OR the tourist cancelled his/her reservation because the photos and the information about the property doesn't match 100% with the reality.

Reservation payments are fully refundable up to 15 days prior to check in date. Attention! Even if you cancel your reservation without penalty, the remaining amount will be refunded to you after a 4% service fee is charged by the bank. If tourist cancel his/her reservation 14 - 4 days prior, he/she will receive a 50% refund. sis.house won't be able to refund any payment if tourist cancel his/her reservation less than 3 days prior to check in date. Check-in time is 14:00 of the check-in date.

Please note the following conditions for requesting a refund:

By contracting the services offered by sis.house and thus agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions, tourists understand that sis.house will begin to book the reservation immediately and the tourist will receive their cabin house confirmation, at which point a refund will be available on above-mentioned conditions.
By visiting this website and contracting its services, the tourist waives his/her right to pursue legal actions against sis.house and agrees not to hold us or our employees, shareholders or other agents accountable.

Requesting a Refund

Users wishing to solicit a refund must cancel their reservation on their profile on our website. From the moment the refund request is received, it will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days).
